1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Lumorar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Lumorar provides AI-generated personalised news briefings based on publicly available news sources and your profile information. Briefings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Always verify important information independently before acting on it.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Lumorar offers a 14-day free trial, followed by paid plans (Personal at €19/mo, Business at €49/mo).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute briefing content at scale.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service.
  • Share your account or briefings commercially without our permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Lumorar platform, brand, and interface are our property. AI-generated briefing content is provided for your personal use. Underlying news content remains the property of the respective news sources.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of briefing content. News sources may contain errors; AI summaries may too. Do not rely on Lumorar as your sole source of information for important decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumorar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@lumorar.com.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
